SCUT este susținută de o echipă de elită cu peste 20 de ani de experiență în domeniul securității cibernetice, dar și de expertiza globală a Orange Cyberdefense, partenerul strategic al SCUT. Astfel, entitatea beneficiază de know-how-ul și resursele unui grup activ în peste 160 de țări, cu 18 Centre de Operațiuni de Securitate (SOC) și peste 250 de cercetători și analiști.

Ce căutăm
Căutăm un Consilier Juridic dedicat și versatil pentru a se alătura startup-ului nostru inovator în securitate cibernetică, deținut de Orange România. Ar trebui să ai o gândire strategică cu pasiune pentru tehnologie și drept, capabil să prospere într-o echipă mică și agilă sub guvernanță corporativă strictă. Candidații ideali sunt proactivi și pot echilibra flexibilitatea startup-ului cu conformitatea și gestionarea riscurilor la nivel enterprise.

Ce vei face
În acest rol practic, vei oferi suport juridic esențial în operațiunile noastre:

  • Asigurarea conformității complete cu reglementări securitate cibernetică și telecom prin audituri și implementare politici.
  • Gestionarea contractelor de la redactare la negociere, cu focus pe securitate date și aliniere cu ghidurile mamă.
  • Evaluarea și mitigarea riscurilor legate de amenințări cibernetice și activități business, inclusiv planificare răspuns incidente.
  • Supravegherea guvernanței pentru a menține transparența și standarde etice aliniate cu Orange România.
  • Protejarea proprietății intelectuale și consiliere privind inovații tech.
  • Gestionarea problemelor juridice HR, due diligence pentru tranzacții și promovarea inițiativelor ESG.

Ce trebuie să ai/cunoști

  • Diplomă în drept
  • Cel puțin 5 ani de experiență relevantă în dreptul corporativ, securitate cibernetică sau telecom.
  • Cunoștințe aprofundate de legi confidențialitate date (ex. GDPR), gestionare IP și guvernanță corporativă.
  • Abilități puternice în negociere contracte, analiză riscuri și conformitate reglementară.
  • Capacitatea de a colabora între echipe și a te adapta la un mediu startup cu supraveghere de companie mare.
  • Cunoașterea limbii engleze.
