We're looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager
with deep expertise in vendor management to lead the execution of our client project. This pivotal role ensures seamless collaboration between external vendors and internal teams, driving timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with strategic and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and vendors involved in the Role Mining initiative.
  • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and SLAs.
  • Align delivery plans across vendor and internal teams to meet project milestones.
  • Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution between technical and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies tied to vendor outputs, escalating when needed.
  • Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership on vendor performance and project status.
  • Support change management efforts related to vendor solutions, minimizing operational disruption.
  • Champion continuous improvement with vendors to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success as a Delivery Manager or Vendor Manager in large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong grasp of Identity & Access Management (IAM), especially Role Mining technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contracts, and budgets concurrently.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, hybrid-cloud environments, and IAM integration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle complex dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Solid understanding of compliance, audit, and regulatory frameworks in financial IAM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML-driven IAM solutions, particularly in role mining and optimization.
  • Background in enterprise-wide transitions or major tech implementations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management credentials.
