What We're Looking For
We are looking for a colleague with proven track record in product management within cybersecurity, preferably in MSSP/MDR, GRC, or threat detection services and with a strong understanding of security services lifecycle — from concept, design, and go-to-market, to operational delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for all cybersecurity services in the portfolio (MDR, Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, Compliance, Threat Hunting, etc.).
  • Work with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and launch plan for each service.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design service architectures, define SLAs, and align tooling/technology.
  • Develop service definitions, pricing models, and packaging tailored to different customer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
  • Coordinate go-to-market execution with sales, marketing, and partner teams.
  • Gather and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulations in service design (e.g., NIS2, GDPR, ISO27001).
  • Support sales and pre-sales in customer presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and service adoption, making continuous improvements post-launch.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment between delivery, operations, and customer success teams.

What You Need To Know/have

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management or a related role in managed/security services.
  • Solid understanding of security technologies and services, including EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanning tools, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge across multiple security domains: MDR, Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, Compliance (NIS2, ISO27001, PCI-DSS), Threat Hunting, Incident Response.
  • Proven experience bringing security services to market — from idea to launch.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience creating clear documentation: service definition documents, process flows, SLAs, pricing structures.
  • Familiarity with vendor ecosystems (CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Tenable, Nessus, Qualys, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities
  • Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple services/projects in parallel.
  • Excellent communication — can explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
