Marketing responsabilities: 1.Develop classic and digital marketing strategy – Create and implement an integrated classic and digital marketing strategy that aligns the company's objectives with online tactics. This may include radio, TV, print, SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing and more. 2. Manage the allocated marketing budget – Plan and manage the budget for classic and online campaigns, ensuring that the desired results are achieved within the allocated financial resources. 3. Plan and manage advertising campaigns on paper, visual, on voice or digital – Coordinate and optimize PAY PER CLICK campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to ensure efficient use of the budget and achievement of objectives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance – Use various analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights reporting, etc.) to evaluate campaign efficiency and continuously optimize the strategy. 5. Coordinate content marketing initiatives – by setting the direction for the creation and distribution of relevant content (written press, radio, TV, blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts) to attract and engage the target audience. 6. Manage the website and develop the Membership card and virtual store concepts 7. Oversee Search Engine Optimization on the Wyndhamcluj,ro website and landing pages to improve ranking and user experience. 8. Manage relationships with third parties (external agencies) – Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with external agencies, influencers to implement certain campaigns or strategies.9. Conducts market research and competitive analysis – market analysis to understand industry trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity so that they can adjust the strategy accordingly. 10. Stays up to date with industry trends, technological changes and digital marketing trends 11. Collaborates closely with other departments (sales, IT, international brand manager) to ensure consistency in communication and overall brand strategy.

Sales responsabilities: promoting and selling hotel products, private and corporate events, finding new customers as well as retaining and building loyalty among existing ones, preparing event sheets; correct communication of events to all those involved.
