RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating and managing the work of subordinate stores
  • Actively managing the sales and cost budget (both operational and labor-related) to achieve the set economic goals in the assigned district
  • Accountability for the performance of individual retail units and their staff
  • Recruitment, HR policies, training, coaching, leadership, and staff motivation
  • Implementing and verifying the implementation of existing policies and procedures
  • Creating reports and analyses

    Constanța, București, Galați, Suceava, Iași, Piatra Neamț, Târgoviște și Ploiești
