·    Partner development, Contractor and Installer sales development (full program)

·    Project sales development (installer and investor based)

·    Internal cooperation with other sections of the company (marketing + tech. back office)

·    Development of daily and project sales business in commercial and residential segment. Main tasks are connection with partner network, keeping the existing partners and acquiring new ones. Tracking of the sales progress.

·    Following qualitative targets of dedicated partners according to the signed contracts.

·    Involvement in spreading all the marketing activities B2B and B2C as well as sales actions and number of showrooms development.

·    Daily contacts with sales partners and prospects in all regions

·    Sales and promotion of commercial and residential products and solutions to dealers, installers and project partners at regular basis and building strong relationships (based on project and daily sales)

·    Reaching high instore share (target set per customer)

·    Searching for new direct partners, acquisition of the new dealers and installers, expanding of the Daikin partner network

·    Daily education of partners and potential customers about technical applications of Daikin products

·    Pro-actively exploring the market to collect information about commercial business potential

·    Maintaining good level of technical knowledge for Daikin products and their application

·    Providing information for sales forecast

·    CRM update – projects and quotations

·    Search of new projects and information sharing and follow up

·    Following up of competitor actions

·    Collection of competitor price lists, literature

·    Follow up of marketing campaigns – info sharing towards installer market

·    Cooperation in literature making process with marketing coordinator

·      Technical/ Commercial education, University level

·      Experience in design and engineering of HVAC-systems

·      Min. 5-8 years of experience in direct sales or a sales-like position

·      A strong and sales-driven personality with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills

·      Availability to travel frequently to Bucharest and the southwestern region of Romania as part of sales responsibilities

·      Technical competence as well as negotiating confidence at all contact levels

·      Project follow-up and networking skills

·      Team spirit

·      Good English skills
