Misiunea noastra are 2 componente esentiale: echipa noastra si clientii nostri.

Ne propunem sa ajutam fiecare membru al echipei eComMasters sa-si atinga potentialul maxim si sa sprijinim clientii sa obtina rezultate excelente in afacerile lor eCommerce. Fiecare rol vine cu multe oportunități de a invata si a progresa.

Account Manager
care sa devina
pilonul de stabilitate
intre clienti si echipele noastre de livrare.

Despre Rol:

Nu cautam pe cineva care sa faca efectiv campanii, ci pe omul care le organizeaza, le urmareste si le duce la linia de finish – calm, clar, profesionist.

Ce vei face concret:

  • Vei
    coordona proiectele
    pentru clientii nostri (PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Content, Social Media).
  • Vei
    tine legatura cu clientii
    , transmitand statusuri clare, colectand feedback si prioritati.
  • Vei
    traduce obiectivele de business in task-uri clare
    pentru echipele de livrare.
  • Vei urmari deadline-urile, alocarile si calitatea livrarilor – ca totul sa fie la standardul "masinarie germana" cum spun clientii despre noi.
  • Vei contribui la
    optimizarea interna a proceselor de lucru
    .

Despre tine:

  • Ai experienta intr-o agentie digitala, ca account, project manager sau coordonator de echipa.
  • Ai experienta in eCommerce / marketing digital si simti ca ai o fire
    organizata, clara, responsabila
    .
  • Te simti bine in discutii cu clienti – stii cum sa explici, sa calmezi, sa prioritizezi.
  • Esti obisnuit(a) cu Workspaces, mai ales cu Google Sheets.
  • Nu te pierzi in detalii, dar nici nu le scapi din vedere.
  • Engleza ta este cel putin B2+ (deoarece lucram si cu clienti & colegi internationali).
