Ce vei face, ca Team Leader:

  • Vei
    coordona echipa de Project Manageri
    , susținând dezvoltarea și performanța acestora prin feedback constant, coaching și prioritizare.
  • Vei avea o perspectivă de ansamblu asupra portofoliului de proiecte și vei urmări îndeplinirea obiectivelor la nivel de echipă.
  • Vei aloca resursele eficient în funcție de complexitatea și stadiul proiectelor.
  • Vei reprezenta echipa în relația cu managementul, clienții și partenerii strategici.
  • Vei contribui la dezvoltarea și optimizarea proceselor si procedurilor in cadrul departamentului;
  • În paralel,
    vei gestiona și propriile proiecte
    , asigurând planificarea, derularea și livrarea acestora în termeni de timp, buget și calitate.

Profilul tău:

  • Ai
    experiență de 5 ani în Project Management
    (preferabil in domeniul IT)
  • Ai
    abilități demonstrate de coordonare de echipă
    sau ai avut un rol cu responsabilități transversale/mentorat în cadrul echipei.
  • Ești organizat(ă), orientat(ă) spre soluții și știi să gestionezi simultan mai multe proiecte.
  • Experienta si aptitudini de analiza financiara;
  • Comunici eficient cu stakeholderi interni și externi și știi să echilibrezi nevoile echipei cu obiectivele businessului.
  • Ai o atitudine deschisă către învățare și îmbunătățire continuă.
