
Cloud Team Manager

YOUR MISSION
As a Cloud Team Manager, you will play a critical role in supervising and developing a Scrum team of 7–9 people working in Cloud application and Software development.
You will guide team members, foster a positive work environment, ensure their overall well-being but also collaborate closely with the Program Product Owner, Scrum Master, Board Leaders, and three other teams within the Cloud program.
You will in addition work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of goals and implementation of best people management practices.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You supervise and mentor Agile team(s), fostering a motivating and productive work environment.
- You establish clear goals for the team(s) and monitor individual performance.
- You have the role of proxy-Product Owner in the team.
- You provide support and coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- You collaborate with HR to implement employee policies, procedures, and development programs.
- You foster effective and open communication within the team(s) and with other departments.
- You identify training and development needs and implement appropriate plans.
- You stay updated on market trends and best practices in people management, proposing improvements and innovative initiatives.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or another relevant technical domain.
- You have proven experience in team management, preferably as a People Manager or in a similar role.
- You have proven experience with Agile mindset and methodologies.
- You have proven experience with ICT sector.
- You have excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with individuals at various levels.
- You demonstrate ability to resolve conflicts and handle issues professionally and fairly.
- You have strong coaching and employee development skills.
- You have in-depth knowledge of HR policies and regulations (would be a plus).
- You have the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
