TECHNICAL PROFILE SOUGHT
We are recruiting a construction engineer with solid project management experience for the position of site supervisor/project manager Beneficiary/Supervisor on large-scale public contracts (over 10 million EUR). The position is addressed to a professional with an analytical and systematic approach, capable of managing the technical and procedural complexity of major infrastructure projects.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client, Confirm Construcții S.R.L. from Cluj-Napoca, has been active for over 30 years in consulting and management for civil, industrial, and agricultural construction. The company primarily handles medium and large industrial construction projects as well as civil public works and represents the investor on construction sites.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory:
- Higher technical education CCIA (Construction, Installations, Roads - preference for Civil)
- Minimum 5 years project manager experience
- Experience on large projects minimum 2 million EUR (e.g., hospitals, factories, public infrastructure, residential complexes 100+ apartments)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
- English and/or German conversational level
- Category B driving license
- Residence in Sibiu and availability for weekly commuting to Brașov (4 days/week + 1 day home office)
Additional advantages:
- Site supervisor authorization (domain 2)
- Experience in large/multinational construction companies
- Experience in public works and HG1 contracts
- German language
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination and monitoring of work performed by executing companies
- Quality control of work performed by contractors
- Representing the supervision company before the beneficiary and representing the beneficiary's interests in relation to executing companies
- Preparation and submission of weekly reports to the investor
- Participation in weekly coordination meetings
- Preparation and submission of monthly photo documentation to the investor
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding integrity in behavior
