Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales Representative. The role is located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area but allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and presenting product solutions that meet customer needs. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, attending sales meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the printing technology or related industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Romanian is required
