Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office IT Support specialist located in Bran. The Office IT Support specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT issues and providing technical support to staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, setting up and maintaining office systems, ensuring network functionality, and assisting with any IT-related administrative tasks.

Provide IT Support:

Offer technical support to all staff members across office,

ensuring quick and efficient resolution of IT issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations, laptops, printers,

and other office equipment.

System Maintenance & Updates:

Ensure regular updates and patches for software, operating systems, and

applications to maintain security and performance.

Monitor the performance of office IT systems, identifying potential issues

before they arise.

Perform regular backups and ensure data reliability and security for all

users.

Network & Infrastructure Support:

Help manage and maintain office network connections (Wi-Fi, VPNs, wired

networks).

Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of network hardware such as

routers, switches, and firewalls.

User Training & Guidance:

Provide training and support for staff on the use of office software,

hardware, and IT policies.

Create user-friendly documentation and guides for common IT issues and

troubleshooting steps.

IT Equipment Inventory Management:

Maintain an inventory of all office IT equipment and assist in procuring and

setting up new devices as required.

Track repairs, replacements, and upgrades to office hardware and software.

Collaborate with IT Vendors:

Work closely with the IT vendors (as required) and other team members to

resolve complex issues

Provide support for system installations, upgrades, and migrations,

including assisting in the rollout of new software or tools.

Optimize IT costs:

Work closely with Finance teams and work on initiatives to optimize IT costs

Any other ad-hoc tasks related to IT & Tech (Systems, softwares, licenses,

physical IT assests)

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in an office or corporate

environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows/MacOS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and

common business applications.

Experience with networking, including Wi-Fi setup, VPN, and troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of IT security principles and data protection practices.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-

technical users.
