Responsabilities:

  • daily management of sales orders

  • price control on invoices vs orders

  • continuous contact with sales managers and customers

  • managing changes on delivery timing to customers together with the sales manager

  • managing price control: check invoiced price validity in commercial program

  • sampling management: collecting, filling up and managing samples based on correctly filled in Samples Request Forms

  • other administrative support of Sales Director and Back Office colleagues

  • cooperate with production unit planner to ensure in time production of goods and delivery of goods

  • cooperate with the account manager to make sure the account strategy is executed and to ensure accurate and swift follow-up on actions

  • support and assist the account manager to make the monthly forecast and accurate budget

  • improve commercial position by building strong customer/supplier relationship

  • manage customers through cross-functional approach to deliver agreed customer/supplier requirment

  • manage after sales activities to meet the agreed targets

  • support the local sales manager to drive the launch of new products at the customer

  • develop positive liaison with relevant external contacts to gather information and to enhance the reputation of the company

Qualifications/Skills:

  • high school degree or equivalent by experience
  • excellent in writing and speaking in both local language as in English
  • excellent understanding and ability to work with Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP and/or Navision)
  • ability to work with Microsoft Office (outlook, word and excel)
