Dispatcher
to join our office in Florești, Cluj.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily routes for drivers across Europe.
  • Ensure optimal use of trucks and trailers to maximize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers, providing guidance and support during transport.
  • Handle unexpected issues (delays, incidents, breakdowns) with flexibility and a problem-solving approach.
  • Update systems with accurate information regarding routes, deliveries, and vehicle status.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Dispatcher in European transport (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of international road transport regulations and operations.
  • Flexibility with working hours and high availability to respond to operational needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stressful situations.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office, TMS, and logistics platforms).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); other European languages are an advantage.
