Obiectivele postului:

  • asigurarea intocmirii contractelor de executie, subantrepriza, prestari servicii, aprovizionare si a actelor aditionale subsecvente in vederea modificarii sau completarii contractelor cu date refeitoare la durata contractului, obiectul contractului, pretul contractului;
  • asigurarea de documente si informatii juridice solicitate de departamentele si compartimentele firmei.

Sarcini și responsabilități:

  • elaboreaza, redacteaza contracte de executie, subantrepriza, prestari servicii, aprovizionare si actele aditionale subsecvente;
  • experienta in aplicarea legilor de achizitie publica, respectiv LEGEA precum si normele de aplicare a acestora, HG Regulament de receptie a cladirilor, precum si celelalte legi pentru activitatea de constructii;
  • colaboreaza cu departamentele si compartimentele de specialitate pentru elaborarea diferitelor documente;
  • participa la pregatirea si intocmirea de documentatii pentru realizarea unor proiecte, vanzarea de imobile, ipotecarea unor bunuri, etc;
  • intocmeste diferite alte documente: adrese, situatii, notificari, la solicitarea sefului ierarhic superior.

Cerințe:

  • studii superioare de drept cu licenta;
  • experienta pe un post similar de min 2-3 ani (contracte de: executie, subantrepriza, prestari servicii cu aplicarea legii HG1/2018) – CONDITIE OBLIGATORIE;
  • operare PC: Word, Excel;
  • cunostinte foarte bune de legislatie;
  • capacitate de concentrare, analiza si sinteza;
  • echilibru emotional;
  • usurinta in stabilirea relatiilor interpersonale
  • capacitate de a lua decizii si de a-si asuma responsabilitatea;
  • capacitatea de a informa si de a invata in permanenta;
  • perseverenta, urmarirea si finalizarea scopului;
  • rezistenta la stres.
