About the Role

We are looking for a
experienced
Mechanical Engineer
with strong expertise in
CREO surfacing design, surface continuity analysis, and skeleton modeling techniques
to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on highly innovative mechanical designs, pushing the boundaries of engineering and product development.

Key Responsibilities:


• 
3D modeling surfacing design
of complex mechanical components and assemblies using
CREO Parametric


• Understanding of
surface modeling principles
, curvature continuity (G0, G1, G2, G3), and manufacturability constraints


• Develop and refine high-precision surfaces for manufacturability, aesthetics, and performance


• Conduct detailed
surface analysis
and validation to meet high-quality design standards


• Implement and utilize
skeleton modeling techniques
to create robust, scalable, and modular designs


• Maintain
top-down design methodologies
, ensuring efficient updates and seamless parametric control of assemblies


• Create and manage 
technical documentation
, including 2D drawings with 
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)


• Work closely with
industrial designers
to translate concepts into feasible engineering solutions


• Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
(electrical, software, and manufacturing) to optimize designs for production


• Conduct
design reviews
, propose improvements, and troubleshoot surface and skeleton modeling challenges


• Support
prototyping and testing
, implementing necessary design modifications based on results


• Ensure compliance with 
industry standards and project requirements


• Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless
tooling and production integration

Required Qualifications:


• 
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Mechanical Engineering or related field


• 
5+ years
of experience in 
mechanical design
with a strong focus on 
surfacing, surface continuity, and skeleton modeling


• 
Expert proficiency in CREO Parametric
(mandatory), including 
Advanced Surfacing, and Skeleton Modeling Techniques


• Strong knowledge of 
top-down design strategies
, including parametric 
skeleton-driven assembly design


• Strong 
knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
, particularly 
plastic injection molding, sheet metal, and machining


• Experience with 
DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly)
principles


• Familiarity with
FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
for structural validation is a plus


• Strong
problem-solving skills
, ability to troubleshoot and refine complex surface and skeleton-driven designs


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines
