At Webuild, we are hiring a Safety Inspector to support a safe and compliant working environment across our site in Timișoara. You will support the Health & Safety Manager in implementing preventive measures, monitoring compliance, and fostering a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain all documentation related to Health & Safety (HSE), ensuring alignment with current legal requirements.
  • Carry out site inspections to identify hazards, non-conformities, or violations of HSE regulations, and report findings to management.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and develop prevention and protection plans, integrating technical, sanitary, and organizational measures.
  • Conduct regular HSE training sessions and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors, strengthening safety culture on site.
  • Keep accurate records of work equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring proper use and timely supply.
  • Compile, verify, and distribute individual HSE records periodically.
  • Actively engage with staff and management to promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 1 year of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • English language proficiency (minimum intermediate level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Category B driving license.
