PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
PayU is seeking a Sales Support Representative for our RO commercial team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the sales and Go Live phases. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process, document management, relationship coordination, and post-Go Live support. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term and rewarding career in sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
What you'll be doing:
Working alongside our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the complete sales journey, collaborate with various teams, and gain solid expertise in our industry. This opportunity will offer an exciting mixture of responsibilities and is ideal for passionate about sales online payments.
- Help the sales team with different merchant applications in terms of documentations & solving different operational coming from the internal departments (ops), including support in AML&KYC verifications
- Check daily the list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department.
- Work with marketing and internal SDR to provide support for sales team for the leads in focus.
- Identify merchant's needs, applying for PayU products to a dedicated e-mail address, and provides support to convert inquiries into sales.
- Manage administrative documents & set-up for merchants for different campaigns with the partners to make sure that merchant files are up to date.
- Manage operational aspects in relation to the acquirers which have an impact in key merchants.
- Manage and aid with any other operational problem related to merchants by staying in touch with Sales, Risk, Ops, Finance and legal department.
- Ensure data on Salesforce is correct and up to date.
- Stay up to date on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry by staying up to date on global payment news along with new companies that may need payment processing.
- Take part in marketing activities in order to increase PayU's visibility in current and expanding markets.

Experience in sales environment

Excel Skills
Fluency in English
Data management understanding
Attention to details, meticulous
Excellent communication skills
Salesforce knowledge, Ops & finance previous experience are considered a plus
