The Group strategy is driven towards growing profitably and creating value sustainably.As part of this strategy, a unique Global Business Services Center has been established in Brasov, in 2022, working together with all Jungheinrich entities worldwide, providing support in their day-to-day operations.We are a young organization, in full grow, and we are proud to say that we already proved our capabilities – all our internal customers are very satisfied with the way we work, and our people created strong relationship that makes the team function at its best.Your main responsibilities:Claim ManagementPre-selection of complaint cases based on defect classifications in the SAP QM interfaceIndependent processing of clear warranty cases as defined in the Group guidelineQuantity difference, obvious wrong delivery, 0-KM errorsTriggering of subsequent deliveries / credit notesActive feedback of clarification statuses to Sales Units and direct customersQuality MonitoringFollow-up of ongoing clarification casesTherefore, a successful candidate would have:Preferable degree in industrial engineering or business administrationArea of expertise/qualification: Customer Claim Management, Supplier Quality ManagementVery good knowledge of EnglishIT applications knowledge: SAP R3, MS Office (explicit Outllook & Excel)Soft skills: Communicative, resilient, self-motivated and customer-orientedLevel of seniority:
