The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting/presenting a number of different games to the camera for live players, including Live Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat. You will deal with all casino games and carry out all gaming operations to the required standard of efficiency, security and customer service in accordance with all company procedures and current legislation.

The role demands high standards of customer inter-action and as such a pleasing personality is an extremely important factor.

Professional and Technical Skills

To be technically competent in dealing all casino games and to carry out all gaming operations, including table administration, opening and closing procedures to the required standard and in line with Gambling Commission Regulations, Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and company gaming procedures.

To give clear and confident commentary throughout all games and maintain the required level of table security, ensuring that any problems are brought to the attention of the supervisor.

Customer Care

• To project the brand image by ensuring personal appearance is always of the highest standard.
• To be able to explain fully the games rules to customers while adopting a pleasant, professional and positive manner with all customers, anticipating their needs and passing customer complaints to the supervisor in a calm, professional manner.
• To demonstrate awareness of customers and their mode of play, responding to their requests where appropriate.
• To acknowledge and greet all customers to the gaming tables, smiling and making eye contact with each customer.
• To demonstrate the correct balance between customer focus and the relevant pace of game.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for dealing cards according to the house rules and standard approved procedures.

• To adopt a pleasant, professional and positive manner with all players.
• Must have a presentable appearance in front of the camera at all times.
• Responsible for dealing on tables as required by the supervisor, maintain game security and provide service to players online.
• Responsible for knowing all scripts required for the individual games and all the information related to them.
• Responsible for maintaining the game pace fast and smooth at the same time by handling cards and other equipment efficiently.
• Responsible for keeping good eye contact with the camera and suitable posture while on the table
• Responsible for declaring the winning players, numbers and colours based on the dealer module.
• Responsible for shuffling cards when required
• Responsible for any extra training that would be needed during their breaks, i.e practice with spinning the ball , pulling cards
• Responsible for answering questions of the players in the chat box in a pleasant and professional way to make the games more entertaining.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere with everyone within the company premises.
• Responsible for reporting immediately to the Supervisor any problems encountered on gaming tables, command pc, chat box and other factors that might affect games.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pantry area and their respective locker rooms including the uniforms provided.
• Responsible for following the rules and regulations implemented by the company, acknowledging memos posted by management and abiding by the confidentiality agreement.
