About the Role:

The purpose of the position consists in supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating staff, shufflers. Floor Supervisor offers support in implementing all internal procedures, under the supervision of the Shift Manager on duty.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Collaborates with the Shift Manager and Shuffle Supervisor on duty in order to resolve immediate staff difficulties.
  • Collaborates with Floor Supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
  • Monitors shufflers activity and Shuffle Room documentation and is responsible for shufflers rotations in the studio, and Shuffle Room.
  • Reports to Shuffle Supervisor on duty any irregularities noticed inside the premises.
  • Constantly inspects studios, equipment and decor.
  • Observes and monitors shuffler's rotations, attitude, appearance before entering the studio and during the shift.
  • Supervises studio rotations (to be made on time, all shufflers have been rotated, assuring that distance between staff members is respected, make sure all staff members have a proper attitude during shift)
  • During the emergency situations (pandemic) ensures that the necessary number of staff have passed the medical check and is fit for work.
  • Performs as a shuffler in case of emergency or need.
  • Constantly reports to shift manager or Shuffler Spervisor on duty irregularities that can be fixed during downtime.
  • Checks and reports the attendance to the Shift Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and team coordination skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
