Event Project Manager

Main Purpose of the Job:
Coordinate and manage entrepreneurial programs and networking events, as well as additional evening sessions and professional talks. The role involves working closely with entrepreneurs, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless event execution and an engaging participant experience.

Job Profile:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of entrepreneurial workshops, including participant communication, scheduling and on-site coordination.
  • Communicate with entrepreneurs per edition, keeping them updated with all relevant event details.
  • Liaise with speakers and partners, supporting them before and during the events.
  • Act as host and introduce speakers during live sessions.
  • Coordinate additional professional talks, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement.
  • Collect feedback, prepare reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of event formats.
  • Manage the organization's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring consistent communication about events and initiatives.
  • Create or coordinate engaging content for social media channels (advantage: ability to generate original posts, visuals, or campaigns).
  • Ensure all events align with brand values and deliver a high-quality experience.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, project management, or related roles.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, confident in engaging with entrepreneurs and high-level professionals.
  • Comfortable speaking in public and hosting events.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; event management software experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
