In this role you will be leading multiple concurrent IT projects, building strong relationships, and bringing structure to complex delivery challenges.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle – from kick-off through to closure – on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Serve as the linchpin between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure expectations are aligned and communication flows.
  • Manage project documentation including PIDs, plans, and closure reports with diligence and clarity.
  • Identify blockers early and create mitigation strategies before they become issues.
  • Select the right project methodology for each scenario, balancing flexibility with delivery precision.
  • Bring fresh eyes and ideas to continually improve project processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing IT projects across diverse customer environments
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software, and infrastructure
  • A solid grasp of multiple project management methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong report writing and documentation abilities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and creative approach to delivery challenges
