What will you do?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our management consulting team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization and preparation for automation initiatives across various industry sectors, leveraging low code, no code platforms, and ideally, process mining techniques. The successful candidate will have a track record in process improvement, and a passion for driving innovation to deliver tangible business results.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in process optimization and automation projects across diverse sectors, collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design and implement innovative solutions.
• Drive workshops, stakeholder engagements, and change management activities to ensure effective implementation of process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Utilize expertise in low code and no code platforms to develop and deploy process automation solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
• Apply process mining techniques to analyze event data, identify bottlenecks, deviations, and inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights for process optimization and automation.
• Design AI-ready processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership, best practices, and recommendations for continuous improvement to our clients.

What are we looking for?
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, process optimization, and automation across multiple industry sectors.
• Banking processes experience would be a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing process automation solutions using low code, no code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Appian, Mendix, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a proven ability to drive results and deliver value to clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools and techniques for analyzing event data, conformance checking, performance analysis, and process enhancement is a plus.
