Hacksaw Studios is a company that builds online games. Our games can be played both in social gaming and real money modes. We have a wide distribution and our games are played by millions of people every month by players all over the world.

We are currently looking to expand our team with a Brand Approval & Integration Coordinator.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Operations team. You'll manage the approval process for new brands and integrations, ensuring all licensing, contractual, and technical requirements are met before launch. This role involves close collaboration with Technical Support, Business Development, Account Management, Legal, and Compliance teams.

What You'll Do

  • Review and process brand approval requests via our ticketing system (Freshdesk).
  • Verify gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions and confirm compliance requirements.
  • Check game availability on brand websites and confirm correct technical setup.
  • Ensure contractual agreements are in place and the route to market is approved.
  • Coordinate integration switches between platforms and liaise with Legal for approvals.
  • Keep accurate records of approvals and provide regular reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in operational coordination, licensing, or partner onboarding (iGaming industry preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with gaming licenses and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable using CRM/ticketing tools (Freshdesk) and project management platforms ).
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
