We're seeking a
Senior CRM Specialist
to enhance player engagement,
optimize campaigns (email, sms, push notifications)
, and drive customer loyalty.

What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns for casino and sportsbook.
  • Ensure all content is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze key CRM metrics, including player engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Provide data-driven insights to improve future campaigns.


Automation & Segmentation

  • Maintain and optimize automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. Ensure precise audience segmentation for maximum campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with legal, design, copywriting, and marketing teams to develop high-impact camp
  • aigns.Partner with the Head of CRM to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Technology & Tools

  • Utilize advanced CRM tools and platforms to enhance engagement strategies. Ensure email and messaging campaigns are tested and optimized before launch.

What We're Looking For:
Language Skills – Fluent in Romanian & English.

Experience – 4+ years in CRM marketing, ideally within sports betting or casino
but not mandatory
Data-Driven – Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign analysis & optimization.

Tech-Savvy – Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel), HTML, and email platforms.

Highly Organized – Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Proactive & Innovative – A self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.
