Zarina CRM, un startup romanesc inovator in domeniul software-ului B2B, cauta un Programator Full-Stack talentat, pasionat si motivat sa participe la dezvoltarea unui produs 100% romanesc, gandit pentru a concura cu platforme internationale precum HubSpot sau Zoho.

Cautam o persoana implicata, cu gandire logica si dorinta de a construi solutii fiabile si moderne care ajuta companiile sa isi automatizeze procesele si sa economiseasca timp.

Zarina CRM este o platforma complexa de management al relatiilor cu clientii, ce include module de vanzari, campanii, suport, taskuri si raportare. Rolul tau este esential in dezvoltarea de noi functionalitati, integrarea API-urilor externe si asigurarea performantei aplicatiei.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Dezvoltarea si mentenanta modulelor web din Zarina CRM (clienti, leaduri, campanii, documente, etc.).
  • Scrierea de cod curat, bine structurat si usor de intretinut, atat pe partea de backend (PHP / MySQL), cat si pe partea de frontend (JavaScript / HTML / CSS).
  • Integrarea cu API-uri externe (Google Calendar, SmartBill, sisteme de facturare sau trimitere SMS).
  • Optimizarea performantei bazei de date si a fluxurilor aplicatiei.
  • Colaborarea stransa cu echipa de UI/UX, testare si marketing pentru dezvoltarea de functionalitati noi.
  • Contributie la imbunatatirea arhitecturii si la documentarea codului.

Cerintele postului:

  • Minimum 3 ani experienta in dezvoltare web cu PHP (framework MVC).
  • Cunostinte solide de MySQL, HTML, CSS si JavaScript.
  • Experienta in lucrul cu REST API si Git.
  • Atentie la detalii, gandire logica si pasiune pentru dezvoltare software.
  • Abilitatea de a lucra atat individual, cat si in echipa.
  • Cunoasterea conceptelor de securitate web si a practicilor bune de codare reprezinta un avantaj.
