- Sa fi lucrat In zona de networking (ex: sys admin positions, experienta cu
troubleshooting in cazuri de package loss, erori de proxy, erori de conexiune,
configurare retele de tip VoIP, sa fi lucrat cu protocoale precum SIP, NAT, NTP, FTP,
MASK, DNS, DHCP, UDP, TCP) aEUR" SIP, NAT, NTP, DNS, TCP sunt un must cu care lucram
constant, restul sunt nice to have
- Cunostinte cu platforme precum Skype, Share Point sau Office365 si Teams.
- Sa fi lucrat cu Active Directory in Microsoft Azure
- Sa fi lucrat cu CRM solutions aEUR" Jira, Salesforce, ServiceCloud
- Sa fi lucrat cu sisteme de ticketing (precum ServiceNow) Monitorizare si troubleshooting de retele VoIP sustinute prin device-uri fizice
si/sau servicii in cloud (cloud based services)
- MONITORIZARE aEUR" trebuie sa ne uitam constant in queue-ul de tickete; pe baza
ticketelor monitorizam calitatea apelurilor, orice fel de erori care pot aparea in timpul
functionarii device-urilor sau serviciilor
- TROUBLESHOOTING aEUR" daca un ticket nu se rezolva automat in 15-20 de minute vom
vedea ce device are probleme, ne conectam la el folosind REMORE DESKTOP
CONNECTION sau WEBSOCKET, iar folosind SYSLOG sau WIRE SHARK, urmarim
pachetele si eventualele erori in vederea descoperirii cauzei principale a alarmei si
rezolvarea acesteia
