IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
to ensure our global teams stay connected, supported, and secure.

As part of our international IT team, you will:

  • Be the go-to contact for IT support – from everyday technical issues to more complex escalations
  • Deliver
    1st, 2nd, and occasional 3rd line support
    to users across all Beck & Pollitzer locations
  • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve requests via our helpdesk ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (local and remote), escalating when necessary
  • Install, configure and document new laptops and desktops, ensuring proper asset tracking
  • Test new hardware/software and repackage approved apps for automated deployment via
    Intune
  • Work hands-on with
    Active Directory
    and
    Azure AD
    to manage user accounts, group policies, and security configurations
  • Maintain our IT register – log new equipment, updates, and movements
  • Support on-site operations: install structured cabling, upgrade workstations, resolve VOIP issues
  • Visit international sites when needed, to support local users and projects
