Area Sales Manager – Medical Devices

We are looking for an
Area Sales Manager
passionate about developing strong client relationships and driving business growth in the medical devices field. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key clients in the assigned region.
- Continuously update market and competitor information to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop and expand the client network.
- Prepare technical and financial offers, including those for public tenders.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for allocated customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in
Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, or Biomedical Engineering
. - Minimum
3 years of experience
in a similar role. - Strong command of
Microsoft Office
and ability to prepare
technical and financial proposals
. - Category B driver's license
and willingness to travel extensively (over 80%). - Advanced English proficiency
(both written and spoken). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented attitude.
- High level of autonomy and flexibility to manage a wide geographical area.
