The company designs and delivers enterprise-grade IT infrastructure solutions that power organisations across industries such as finance, telecom, and the public sector.
We're now looking for a Presales Manager to lead a team of high-performing technical experts and shape innovative solutions that truly move industries forward.
Role Description
As Presales Manager, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a skilled team of presales professionals — fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Architect success by guiding solution strategy, proposal design, and RFP responses to ensure every engagement aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Drive innovation in IT infrastructure design, covering compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, cloud, and data protection solutions.
- Collaborate with top global vendors (Dell, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, VMware, Veeam, and others) to build scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients at both executive and technical levels — connecting business value with technical capability.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining consistent delivery standards, measurable KPIs, and a high-quality presales process.
- Enable knowledge sharing through internal coaching and training programs that develop both technical and soft skills within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solution consultancy, or technical sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure design and integration — compute, storage, networking, virtualisation, and data protection.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
- Customer-centric approach and a collaborative leadership style.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
