We are looking for an experienced
Infrastructure & Security Solution Engineer
to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. This role covers key enterprise technologies such as,
virtualization (VMware
), and
enterprise security solutions (Fortinet)
. The ideal candidate will be involved in strategic architecture as well as hands-on deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, deploy and manage enterprise infrastructure with a focus on availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, implement and security solution using technologies such as Fortinet firewalls
  • Administer VMware virtualization platforms (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).
  • Implement and maintain Veeam Backup & Replication strategies (including offsite and cloud backups).
  • Ensure end-to-end monitoring and automation using tools and custom scripts
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues at systems, storage, and network level.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure standards, procedures, and configurations.
  • Collaborate with IP and compliance teams to align infrastructure with policy requirements.
  • Design and maintain the OSS (Operations Support Systems) of Euroweb

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Network / Product development:
  • Participation in mixed teams working on projects for Network Development and Product / Service Development.
  • Testing equipment / platforms / applications
  • Interact with suppliers of equipment / platforms / applications.
  • Presales / Technical Support Post-sales:
  • Presales support for sales team in case of new services provided by the company, or for complex/exceptional circumstances related to incidents on existing service.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and networking roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with firewall deployment and management.
  • Experience deploying and operating load balancers in HA environments.
  • Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup strategy, recovery, and integration with storage.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware stack (vSphere, vCenter).
  • Proficient in L2/L3 networking routing, switching, VLANs.
  • Scripting skills for automation and orchestration

Certifications (Preferred)

  • VMware VCP (Specialist)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, FSX, FCSS) are a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
