Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers
  • Collaborate with local agencies to support the companies' participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our brand and products.
  • In collaboration with sales and technical support, organize training sessions and webinars for partners, direct and indirect customers
  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to develop and implement local sales and promotional campaigns that align with our partner's collaboration plans.
  • Use internal generative tools to develop engaging content and materials to promote the sales promotions and company events and training sessions.
  • Regularly update the company website to ensure it reflects current campaigns, product information, and other relevant content.
  • Coordinate communication on specific communication channels, targeting indirect and direct customers.
  • Support the definition and implementation of marketing plans, aligned with Danfoss Hydronics' strategies, in coordination with the Marcom Head for the South East Region.
Background & Skills
  • Degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Previous experience working in marketing, preferably in B2B can be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a practical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Basic skills in design tools (InDesign, Canvas).
  • Experience in organizing events.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Romanian/Croatian is an advantage.
