Context:
We are seeking a Talent & Culture Manager to lead and coordinate our Talent & Culture team. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employer Branding, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and employee wellbeing initiatives. Reporting directly to EE Cluster HR Director, this position will design and implement integrated strategies that attract top talent, nurture internal capabilities, and foster a strong, inclusive company culture. The position will also offer support for EE Cluster HR related innitiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Talent & Culture team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive Talent & Culture strategy encompassing:
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and hire high-potential talent through innovative sourcing, selection, and onboarding practices.
- Talent Development: plan and execute learning and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
- Employer Branding: build and strengthen the company's brand both internally and externally to position us as an employer of choice.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): drive DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Employee Wellbeing: develop programs to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of employees.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement targeted talent strategies.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and continuously improve initiatives.
- Promote a culture of engagement, learning, and high performance throughout the organization.
Success Profile
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent development, employer branding, DEI, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, learning strategies, and employee engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative HR programs and initiatives that engage employees and strengthen culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement integrated programs and initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
