To fuel this growth, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to take our global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to the next level.

The Opportunity

You will own and lead Talent Acquisition globally and manage a team of three direct reports located in Helsinki and Bucharest. You'll also coach our hiring managers and partner closely with business leaders. You'll shape our strategy and processes, yet still stay hands-on with key searches, especially at the start. This is a chance to scale and mentor a high-performing TA team in a company that sets the bar high for both skill and culture.

What you'll do

• Lead and grow Sievo's global TA team across all hubs (Helsinki, Bucharest, Chicago)
• Coach, develop and grow a high-performing TA team; foster a culture of ambition and kindness
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers: advise, train, and coach them through best-in-class hiring practices
• Design and execute multi-channel talent strategies, including proactive sourcing and headhunting, to attract hard to find talent
• Own recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, assessment, offer)
• Raise the quality bar: ensure we hire people who are both highly ambitious and genuinely nice
• Lead Employer Branding: Make sure our EVP is aligned with talent demand, collaborate across People and Marketing, and lead flagship EB initiatives and events
• Define and track TA metrics and insights
• Lead priority searches end-to-end when needed (particularly for critical and senior roles)
• Ensure globally consistent, inclusive hiring practices and great candidate experience

What helps you succeed

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition in a growth environment
• Strong hands-on sourcing or headhunting expertise; comfortable finding talent in competitive markets
• Track record of coaching hiring managers and upskilling teams on modern recruiting practices
• Ability to craft and test different strategies to reach the right candidates (outbound, communities, events, referrals, content, partnerships)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
• Comfortable hiring for tech and data roles

Bonus:
experience hiring in the US market; demonstrable Employer Branding work; experience scaling TA across multiple hubs

This is a full-time, hybrid role, and the candidate is expected to be based in
Bucharest.
