Responsabilități principale:


• Asigurarea organizării eficiente a ședințelor Directoratului și Consiliului de Supraveghere, precum și a comitetelor aferente


• Redactarea și gestionarea Hotărârilor adoptate și monitorizarea implementării acestora


• Dezvoltarea cadrului de guvernanță și a planului de implementare a strategiei


• Monitorizarea liniilor strategice și propunerea de soluții de îmbunătățire a guvernanței


• Redactarea rapoartelor periodice de guvernanță și susținerea educației interne în domeniu


• Urmărirea reglementărilor de conformitate, guvernanță și sustenabilitate (ESG)


• Colaborarea cu structurile interne și gestionarea registrelor electronice specifice


Profilul pe care îl căutăm:


• Studii superioare finalizate (în domeniul juridic – avantaj)


• Experiență în guvernanță, conformitate, audit intern sau control intern


• Abilități excelente de comunicare, sinteză și coordonare


• Cunoașterea limbii engleze – nivel avansat


• Proactivitate, integritate, atenție la detalii și orientare spre dezvoltare
