Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Marketing & Sales Specialist, PR included, located in Bucharest, Romania. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and handling public relations. Daily tasks include promoting spa services, engaging with potential and existing customers, coordinating marketing campaigns, and working with the team to meet sales targets. The role also involves organizing events and creating promotional materials to enhance the spa's brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills
  • Cosmetology, Facials, and Skin Care experience
  • Sales skills and experience in sales activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in the wellness or spa industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
