Ce căutăm:

  • Personalitate deschisă și calmă: suntem în căutarea unei persoane punctuale, responsabile și bine organizate.
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare: trebuie să ai claritate în exprimare și abilități de ascultare activă.
  • Adaptabilitate: să te poți adapta rapid la diverse tipologii de oameni și sarcini.
  • Capacitatea de a lucra atât în echipă, cât și independent.
  • Cunoștințe PC și viteză de scriere pentru a te adapta rapid la aplicațiile noastre.
  • Interes în dezvoltare personală și dorința de a învăța continuu.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei oferi suport telefonic și pe email pentru clienții unui lanț de magazine cunoscut din domeniul retail, gestionând aspecte legate de produsele achiziționate, prețurile de la raft, bonurile emise, programul de lucru al magazinului, personalul, cardurile de fidelitate, comenzile online etc.
  • Vei efectua activități de back-office, actualizând statusuri și completând informații în baza de date.
  • Vei participa la traininguri de specialitate care te vor ajuta să înveți și să te dezvolți profesional.

Beneficiile tale:

  • Loc de muncă hibrid: 2-3 zile la sediul nostru din București și restul de acasă, pentru un echilibru ideal între viața profesională și personală.
  • Programul de lucru va fi de 9 ore pe zi, incluzând o pauză de 1 oră, de luni până duminică, se lucreză 5 zile consecutive, în intervalul orar 08:00 – 22:00.
  • Contract pe perioadă nedeterminată cu un pachet salarial bazat pe performanță.
