Ce vei face & Responsabilita?i:
În calitate de Customer Support Quality Specialist, vei juca un rol esen?ial în revizuirea ?i escaladarea incidentelor în termenele stabilite, monitorizând totodata calitatea documenta?iei cazurilor ?i reclama?iilor din cadrul opera?iunilor de suport clien?i. Vei identifica proactiv erorile, vei oferi feedback, vei asigura corectarea la timp, vei detecta lipsurile de cuno?tin?e ?i vei contribui la ini?iativele de îmbunata?ire continua.

În cadrul acestui rol, responsabilita?ile tale vor include:

  • Revizuirea incidentelor pentru a te asigura ca documenta?ia este completa, corecta ?i escaladata în termenele definite
  • Asigurarea conformita?ii cu standardele interne de calitate ?i procedurile de escaladare
  • Efectuarea verificarilor de calitate, oferirea de feedback structurat ?i sprijinirea ini?iativelor de formare
  • Identificarea ariilor de îmbunata?ire a calita?ii serviciilor ?i contribu?ia la implementarea instrumentelor de control ?i instruire

Responsabilita?i principale

  • Procesarea ?i escaladarea incidentelor
  • Revizuirea ?i documentarea independenta a incidentelor conform ghidurilor interne
  • Escaladarea cazurilor prin sistemul CRM, asigurând acurate?ea ?i conformitatea
  • Coordonarea cu par?ile interne ?i externe pentru clarificarea ?i rezolvarea problemelor legate de cazuri
  • Finalizarea documenta?iei ?i aprobarilor în conformitate cu politicile interne ?i cerin?ele de reglementare

Calitatea documenta?iei & Îmbunata?irea proceselor

  • Monitorizarea calita?ii ?i consisten?ei documenta?iei între echipe
  • Identificarea nevoilor de formare ?i contribu?ia la dezvoltarea con?inutului de instruire
  • Sprijinirea ini?iativelor de îmbunata?ire continua prin feedback ?i optimizarea proceselor
  • Asistarea în cadrul auditurilor interne ?i externe, precum ?i în documentarea cazurilor complexe sau cu volum mare de reclama?ii

Cerin?e:

  • Cuno?tin?e excelente de limba engleza (vorbit ?i scris); alte limbi constituie un avantaj
  • Minimum 5 ani de experien?a în asigurarea calita?ii în domeniul suportului clien?i, gestionarea reclama?iilor sau într-un rol similar
  • Experien?a în asigurarea calita?ii, gestionarea escaladarilor sau monitorizarea proceselor
  • Abilita?i analitice puternice ?i aten?ie la detalii
  • Experien?a în revizuirea documenta?iei ?i oferirea de feedback
  • Cuno?tin?e solide de utilizare a sistemelor CRM ?i de lucru conform standardelor de documenta?ie
  • Spirit de echipa, organizare, adaptabilitate ?i capacitatea de a lucra autonom
