Sales Specialist, CEE, Demand Gen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media (e.g., search, social, mobile, display, and video media).
• 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
• 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, and privacy landscape.

• 3 years of experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to influence strategy using third party insights.
• Excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Lead the DemandGen strategy and execution across key CEE markets and advertisers with a focus on their performance budget investments. Execute YouTube for Performance Strategy to ensure that the right customers across CEE adopt DemandGen aligned with our recommended best practices including measurement. Create holistic and innovative strategy and execution plans aligned to client business objectives.
• Deliver transformational customer work on Google's largest customers to help grow their media investments across Display and Video by proving the effectiveness of Google Media.
• Develop the ecosystem by leading external training, events, and publications in selected topic areas, such as the holistic approaches to ROI and measurement.
• Represent Google's perspective on video performance to Google's largest clients in CEE.
