We are looking for a
sales person
, with a strong drive to deliver on own commitments to the customers and peers. Having a
consultative selling approach
resulting in understanding of customer business needs and plans will help you to succeed in this position.
What are the Key Challenges and Goals?
You will be expected to:
- Deliver the numbers -
Create effective and specific solution sales plans to ensure sales target delivery and sustainable growth. Develop and manage pipeline, provide regular updates to forecast in order to ensure delivery against the agreed business growth and strategy plan. Generate, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities sufficient to consistently meet or exceed quota objectives: specifically you will be accountable for delivering the Microsoft target; - Lead and support Strategic Solution sales
process -
Lead sales and after sales process of strategic solution for an assigned territory. Coordinate all sales activities with local AM and other sales positions. Support AM in presales and sales process (prepare proposal, presentation, cost/benefit analysis, TCO) in order to enable AM to successfully conduct sales process. Work with Technical Solution Professionals to follow up opportunities. Help closing and negotiating contracts. - Manage Client Relationships -
build and maintain strong relationships with customers, maximize customer potential through understanding their business and analyzing their commercial strategies. Nurture client growth, build relationships with key client stakeholders. Continuously work on ways to create upselling scenarios, in order to strengthen the business relationships. - Business growth -
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Develop business relationships with customers, vendors and local players to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. - Ensure partnership with Microsoft –
keep close contact, be knowledgeable on all program/ updates, partnership conditions and ensure the partnership criteria are being observed in the sales team. - Business Management -
Develop and maintain Solution Sales Plan for assigned territories, using pre-defined template. Agree and follow up realization of goals, objectives and tactics with local AM, BU Managers and C-Leaders. Organize quarterly "Solution Deep Dive" sessions, per country, in order to generate new goals and objectives. Maintain CRM system and the integrity of CRM information to provide realistic data allowing making decisions about resources and investments.. - Solution Development
- Maintain highest level of knowledge of the strategic solution and benefits it delivers to a customer. Provide feedback regarding customer's business and technical opinion about the strategic solution. Help the strategic solution owner to understand customers' demands in order to adjust the solution to changing customer/market needs. Attend marketing events as and when directed.
- Attends weekly regular business meetings and reviews with the Sales Manager and local Board
- Specific M1 Sales planning during budgeting input
- Eensures monitoring of accuracy and timeliness of team deliverables and presents aggregated data for the team (Solution Sales colleagues with specific accountabilities around MS selling.
- Usually coordinates with a team of 3-4 people from the sales organization
