Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, conducting employee training programs, managing payroll and benefits administration, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role also involves handling employee grievances, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

The focus points of this position are legal compliance and people developpement

Qualifications

  • min 5 years Romanian labour law compliance experience
  • HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations skills
  • Experience with performance management, compliance, and labor laws
  • Payroll management and benefits administration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and training programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
  • Experience with HR software and systems is beneficial
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
