Rolul tău:

  • Vei fi responsabil de redactarea și gestionarea documentelor necesare angajării/ modificării/ suspendării/ încetării CIM;
  • Vei întocmi și menține actualizat atât dosarul de personal și fișele de post, cât şi arhiva documentelor;
  • Vei verifica și actualiza informațiile angajaţilor în sistemul de administrare personal şi salarizare (SAP HR);
  • Vei fi responsabil de actualizarea și corectarea informațiilor în Reges (Revisal);
  • Vei fi persoana de contact pentru colegii din companie pentru diversele lor solicitări (întrebări, documente, adeverințe) venite prin Hotline-ul dedicat și te vei asigura că acestea sunt soluționate;
  • Vei fi implicat cu recurență în implementarea diferitelor proiecte, în eficientizarea proceselor și în actualizarea procedurilor de lucru interne din departament.

Profilul tău:

  • Ai studii superioare finalizate;
  • Ai experiență de minimum 2 ani în domeniul Administrării de Personal și cunoști legislația muncii;
  • Ai cunoștințe de utilizare a unui soft de administrare personal; reprezintă un avantaj cunoștințe de utilizare SAP HR;
  • Cunoști limba engleză cel puțin la nivel mediu, cunoașterea limbii germane constituie un avantaj;
  • Ai cunoștințe bune de operare MS Office;
  • Ai abilități foarte bune de comunicare și colaborare, cât și lucru în echipă;
  • Ai abilitați excelente de organizare, prioritizare și atenție la detalii.
