About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic
International Development Manager
to lead our global expansion initiatives and strengthen our presence in key international markets. This role plays a vital part in driving the company's growth within the non-EU recruitment and placement services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with multinational corporations, SMEs, and international partners;
  • Develop and implement tailored market entry strategies for specific regions and industries;
  • Set revenue targets and create actionable plans to achieve business growth objectives;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic international accounts;
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure full adherence to international labor laws, immigration regulations, and ethical recruitment standards;
  • Stay up to date on visa requirements, work permits, and employment regulations across target markets;
  • Work closely with recruitment, operations, and administrative teams to align international expansion efforts;
  • Provide guidance and support to team members involved in international placements;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to international business development;
  • Use data analytics to inform decisions and optimize business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably within recruitment, HR services, or labor mobility sectors;
  • Proven track record of developing new markets and achieving revenue goals;
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws, immigration processes, and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).
