Specialist Automatizare Procese
pasionat de eficiență, tehnologie și impact real în business. Dacă ești genul de profesionist care înțelege procesele din spatele operațiunilor – și știe când să automatizeze cu AI sau când un simplu script e suficient – s-ar putea să fii exact ce căutăm.

Ce vei face concret:

  • Vei analiza și documenta procese din multiple arii (achiziții, financiar, laboratoare, spitale, clinici etc.) – fără să ai nevoie de experiență directă în fiecare;
  • Vei implementa și menține soluții BPMN pe platforme open-source (Camunda, Flowable, Activiti);
  • Vei decide când e justificat să folosești un
    agent AI
    , și când e mai bine să rămâi la un RPA sau script simplu;
  • Vei integra soluții de AI agentic în fluxuri relevante;
  • Vei identifica oportunități pentru
    machine learning clasic
    (nu doar LLMs) – în forecasting sau optimizare operațională;
  • Vei dezvolta scripturi și aplicații care aduc automatizare reală și ROI;
  • Vei lucra cu parteneri externi, având mereu focus pe
    impact maxim la cost minim;
  • Vei contribui activ la documentația tehnică și funcțională a soluțiilor.

Ce ar fi ideal să știi:

  • Experiență cu BPMN open-source tools (Camunda, Flowable, Activiti);
  • Integrarea AI agentic în fluxuri operaționale;
  • Machine Learning aplicat în business: forecasting, scoring, optimizări;
  • SQL + baze de date relaționale;
  • Un limbaj de programare relevant: Python, Java sau JavaScript;
  • Capacitate de a documenta clar și de a comunica tehnic.

Cum vrem să fii:

  • Analitic, dar și practic: vezi imaginea de ansamblu, dar te implici în detaliu;
  • Proactiv(ă), orientat(ă) către soluții și rezultate;
  • Comunici ușor cu oameni din diverse arii (tehnic, medical, financiar etc.);
  • Ai un mindset "open-source first", dar știi să lucrezi și cu constrângeri de buget.
