Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent, located in the Brașov Metropolitan Area. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, presenting and promoting products, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Agent will also attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Experience or knowledge in the Insurance industry
  • Ability to effectively train and educate clients on products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
