My client, an international Travel company, is looking for a proactive and reliable
Customer Service Agent
to join the team

In this role, you'll help travelers with inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter — making sure every interaction leads to a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refund requests.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Recommend relevant services or upgrades when appropriate (no direct sales responsibilities).

You have…

  • Minimum
    1.5 years of experience
    in a call center or customer service environment (any industry)
  • Previous experience in the
    travel or tourism
    field (big plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Romanian and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with
    booking systems, travel platforms, or CRM tools
  • Great multitasking and time-management skills

  • Net salary:
    3,500 RON
  • Meal vouchers:
    30 RON per worked day

  • Hybrid work setup:
    3 days at the office, 2 days remote
  • Full-time schedule only
    (8 hours/day)
  • Work in
    shifts between 9:00–20:00
    , Monday to Friday, and a
    short Saturday shift
  • Office located near Aurel Vlaicu metro station
