What will you be in charge of:

  • Greeting visitors, colleagues, and other people, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs;
  • Maintaining office supplies inventory, anticipating, placing, and expediting new orders, and keep good tracking of invoices;
  • Helping out with organizing different events;
  • Keeping colleagues updated on administrative aspects;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as: work with different databases, scanning and printing, making reservations for daily meetings etc.
  • Booking medical appointments for colleagues;
  • Take care of the well-being of the people in the team.

Who you are:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
  • People-oriented;
  • Organized person;
  • Attention to details;
  • Initiative;
  • Flexibility to changes and spontaneous requests;
  • Good computer skills (Word and Excel).
