  • sa se ocupe de plangerile si solicitarile oaspetilor

  • sa tina inregistrarile si sa faca munca specifica de birou

  • sa organizeze folosirea eficienta a spatiilor din hotel

Cerinte

  • cunostinte de operare pe calculator (email, Windows, Word, Excel)

  • Persoana dinamica, determinata, orientata catre client

  • Flexibilitate in ceea ce priveste programul de lucru (schimbul I si II- tura de noapte)

  • aspect fizic placut, prezenta agreabila, amabilitate, solicitudine

  • capacitate de a lua decizii rapide, eficiente si responsabile
