Koncept Imobiliare, agenție imobiliară de top în Cluj-Napoca, își extinde echipa și caută o persoană organizată, atentă la detalii și cu o atitudine profesională pentru rolul de Front Office. Nu căutăm doar o "față zâmbitoare" la intrare, ci o persoană care înțelege impactul primului contact și care poate gestiona eficient interacțiunile interne și externe.

Responsabilități:

Preluarea apelurilor telefonice, redirecționarea eficientă și gestionarea mesajelor

Întâmpinarea clienților în sediu și oferirea unui prim contact profesionist

Programarea întâlnirilor si a contractelor

Administrare de bază: scanări, redactare/emitere documente simple, actualizări în baze de date

Coordonarea corespondenței (e-mailuri, livrări, documente interne)

Colaborare cu echipele de vânzări, marketing și management

Cerințe:

Studii medii sau superioare finalizate

Experiență anterioară într-un post similar – avantaj

Cunoștințe bune de operare PC (Word, Excel, e-mail)

Atitudine profesionistă, organizare, atenție la detalii

Abilități excelente de comunicare și relaționare

Prezență îngrijită și limbaj corect, coerent
